1. Good english acknowledge. (Can translate texts, read fast, etc)
2. Spanish speaker.
3. Good Spelling.
4. Have enough time to manage a forum. (no 30 minutes a day, it has to be more)
5. Know of the group (Kanjani 8). the more the better.
