[question] how is the leader?  
i became kanjani fan since 7 months ago, so i have question

Is Kanjani have a leader? if it no, so why?

I really would like to know, But if my question is not appropriate, feel free to delete it

LOL i have no idea either but was too scared to ask haha, who IS the leader? (O_o)
I always figured it was probably Hina but I really have no idea

Last I knew there wasn't one, but Hina and Yoko kinda run the show unofficially. Or something like that.

There isn't one! \:D/! They've been asked several times and they always said they don't have one, though Hina seems to be their spokesperson, Yoko too.

..so basically what miss_jelly said.. XD

Somehw I always thought that Subaru was the Leader!!!

I think they're all leaders in their own fortes ;) ie. Subaru the singing leader, Yoko the unintentional comedian leader, Yasu the fashion/artsy leader ....and so forth.

That's what makes them amazing. I don't think one person can really control all of them, even if Ryo tells them off with snark remarks..I can still see them laughing at the situation itself xD

I remember watching Mezamashi(2008.03.12) Hina said at one time Maru was the leader and Maru was like "I was trying but no one is listening to me". anyway, their final answer was no one.

Kanjani is a free group, I think they don't need any leader to manage everything.

But, I heard every group has their oldest one as the leader so if Kanjani must have a leader it will be Yoko, cause he's the oldest one, beside somehow I have feeling the other member always do what Yoko said and afraid of him... AND I'M SURE THAT'S JUST MY FEELING

Eito needn't have had only one leader, they all have ability doing everything on their own way
I trust if someone is not be there, the rest will take the place of him surely and willingly...because they are Eito :)
PS because yoko's the oldest person...I think sometimes (esp when it's dealing with work) it seems that everyone have a respect for him

I've always thought it was Baru, 'cause he runs the show with his lead-singing...

Guess, I was mistaken. XDDD

It kind of reminds me of Arashi, lol. They've got "Riida", but somehow, lol, he's the last one you'd think of as a leader XDD

I guess he looks like the leader because he's the main singer, but Subaru is actually reeeally shy!xD Like people have already said, when it comes to leading, it's either Hina and Yoko.^^

p.s. What you said about Arashi's riida is so true!! But he wouldn't have been chosen the leader if Sho hadn't lost that jankenpo game!xD

They don't, just Hina and Yoko do the main talking, Hina does the management [fear teh wrath of money, har har XD] talking, Subaru's got the lead singing... XD There would be many leaders because each of Eito's very good at something, so they don't need one~ They're free of these things and that's why they're the best in JE~~

None of the 'leaders' in other groups really act like leaders anyway, so who cares? xD

I do get the feeling that most of them listen to Yoko, though. Hina the spokesperson, and when it comes to music Subaru's the one they turn to, plus Ryo comes up with concert ideas and so on. But when it comes to group activities and their direction (what should they do in the future, etc), somehow Yoko gives me the feeling that he thinks about it the most and the others listen to him. Plus he gets lonely, so he keeps the others around as well <3

There's one Shokura clip where they have to make (funny) poses for the juniors... And by the time is Yoko's turn, they all start yelling "Leader! Leader!" and stuffs like that...

But as most of you said, I'd say it's Yoko and Hina's job... Though. I think more it's Yoko's for some reason *smiles*

In Johnny's groups, the oldest is usually the leader. but in Kanjani8, i think there is no leader and i don't think they need to have one. they are free to do whatever they want. if any one of them wants to lead, they can.
