cancam interview!

Hi people, I have translated an interview.. it doesn't have a theme of any sort, the highlight of the interview (for me) is when the members talked about who, in their opinion, is the strongest and weakest member. and who has the most influential voice.
The members are obviously full of admiration for ryo. aw.
